How often should my machine be serviced?
How long does a machine service take?
The duration of a service can vary due to several factors. For on-site service calls, it typically takes a maximum of one hour, assuming no additional issues are found beyond the regular service. If you choose to bring your machine to us, expect a turnaround time of 1 to 2 working days.
Can a technician come to my location, or do I need to bring in my machine?
Depending on your location and the size of the machine, we offer both options. We can dispatch a technician to your location, or you can bring your machine to us. Please note that a callout fee applies for on-site visits.
When can I expect the technician to arrive?
The technician’s arrival time depends on our scheduling department and the confirmation of payment reflecting in our bank account. We’ll do our best to schedule your service promptly.
Which brands do you service?
We service a wide range of brands for catering, coffee, and refrigeration equipment. For specific brand listings, please visit bce.co.za for catering equipment. We’ll provide you with the coffee machine and refrigeration brands separately.
Can my machine be converted to run on gas?
The possibility of converting your machine to gas depends on its make and model. To explore this option further, please contact us for detailed information.
Is a filtration system necessary for my machine?

What if my machine is still under warranty?
Coffee machines come with a standard 1-year warranty. Catering equipment and refrigeration units purchased from Koldserve have a 2-year warranty. For machines under warranty, contact your supplier. If your machine requires servicing, standard rates will apply.
